Hi, I’m Caitlin.
I’m a full-spectrum doula serving families throughout Lander, Riverton, Thermopolis, Dubois, and surrounding Wyoming communities.
My role is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, feeding, and loss. I’m here to listen, offer practical guidance, and help you feel informed and supported throughout your experience.

Your Journey
- One to two hours of support immediately after birth
- Initial feeding and bonding guidance
- One postpartum home visit
- Recovery, feeding, and newborn-care check-ins
- Additional support available when needed
Immediate Postpartum Support
- On call from 37–42 weeks, day or night
- Continuous presence during active labor and delivery
- Breathing, massage, positioning, and other comfort measures
- Emotional support for you and your partner
- Support communicating your preferences with your care team
Labor & Birth Support
- Two prenatal visits, in person or virtually
- Help creating a birth plan
- Education on comfort techniques and stages of labor
- Unlimited phone, text, and email support during pregnancy
- Access to Caitlin’s collection of birth books
Prenatal Support
Birth Doula Package
$850 flat rate
Personalized support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.
*Military veterans receive 10% off.
- Newborn soothing, bathing, swaddling, and sleep-routine support
- Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping guidance
- Emotional support, listening, and encouragement
- Light household assistance, including dishes, laundry, and tidying
- Loving care for your baby while you shower or sleep
- Space to debrief and process your birth experience
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
$30 per hour
Nurturing, practical support that allows you to rest, recover, and feel more confident as you care for your baby.
